This party hat is sure to be worn for years!
Party hat has a thick base and is covered in white chenille fabric. The fabric cupcake wrapper has tiny white polka dots on black fabric, which is machine appliquéd to the chenille fabric. Pink frosting is 3-D and topped with a pink cherry button. Hat has a pink marabou poof with a hint of sparkle at the top and trim around the base. Hat is complete with black polka dotted grosgrain ribbons to tie under your birthday girl’s chin as well as elastic to make sure it stays on for pictures!
Hat comes lined on the inside with a matching fabric and is professionally tagged.
