After MANY requests, it's finally here...my boy design! This adorable party hat is perfect for your birthday boy!
Any initial or number can be added to the design.
Party hat has a thick base and is covered in white chenille fabric. The red wagon is hand appliqued out of red tiny dot fabric. The wheels are black buttons and the wagon's handle is made from tiny black ric rac. The base is covered with red pom poms while the top has festive pieces of red ric rac. Elastic is attached to make sure it stays on for pictures. Ribbon can be added if requested.
Hat comes lined on the inside with a matching fabric and is professionally tagged.
This hat fits anyone and is based off the size of a typical paper party hat you would buy at a party supply store.

Hat height is 6.5 inches from base to top (not including ric rac); has a width of 4.25 inches at widest point (not including pom poms); and has a diameter of 13.25 inches.
