Sugar & Spice is a family run business. Caroline Parrish, the designer and creator, dreamt up her party designs during the late night feedings of her son. A creative spirit and children’s party enthusiast, Caroline put her ideas to work. After developing three basic party hats in July 2009, not a day goes by where she’s not hand appliquéing for custom orders.
As a mother of two, Caroline enjoys being able to have this fun business while also staying home with her children, Claire and Tate. Her husband, Stephen, has the business brains and is extremely loving and supportive. Both reared in the suburbs of New Orleans, Caroline and Stephen relocated to the suburbs of Atlanta after Hurricane Katrina. They are enjoying the journey…because life is sweet!
