Shipping Rate

Shipping is a $6 flat rate charge.


Sales Tax Info

Sugar & Spice operates in Georgia; therefore we are required to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to a Georgia address.  Our customers who reside outside of Georgia will not be charged sales tax (sweet!).

Returns & Exchanges
Here at Sugar & Spice, we want you to adore your new purchases. If for some reason you do not, please use the contact form to email us within 2 weeks of purchase for a full merchandise refund or exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization Number to include with your return. Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise in the original packaging; clothing items must be received unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached. Holiday items may not be returned due to the time sensitive window of purchase and wear. Please note that custom made, personalized, and monogrammed items cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation on custom items will be taken on a case-by-case basis. If your order is in the design process, it may not be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel orders or to ship partial orders based on availability.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do send out emails from time to time. If you do not wish to have our promotional emails sent to you, please unsubscribe here.
